On May 6th many participated in a powerful chanting of Om Namah Shivaya for 45 minutes. During the chanting a few participants experienced the descent of divine beings. The divine beings brought blessings to everyone. You may remember that Babaji urged us to sing with devotion to invoke the gods; this is what happened the evening of May 6th.

Nirmal Sharma shares the significance of May 6, 2020 and the next healing event on May 22nd.
I want to thank Babaji American Samaj for coming together for the full moon May 6th to celebrate Vausakh Purnima. That happened to be the day of great significance when God appeared in a half-human half-lion ferocious form named Narasimha. It was also the day when Buddha attained enlightenment and the appearance day of Guru Goraknath (Babaji in an earlier incarnation). We had a great initiation into sun-moon meditation that was inspired by Babaji, who was Goraknath, and whoever knows him by heart and mind becomes immortal.
The next event on May 22nd is a new moon and is also Saturn’s (aka Shani) birthday. Hanuman is the overlord of Saturn or Shani. Hanuman Chalisa can fill you with unconquerable courage and strength. He is particularly helpful in overcoming suffering from impact of Saturn. Hanuman saved Shani dev from the captivity of Ravan. Shani has promised not to come near devotees of Hanuman, so there is tradition of praying to Hanuman by singing Hanuman Chalisa on Saturdays.
Astrologically during this month of May, three planets are going retrograde. They are Saturn, Jupiter and Venus which will cause major changes and opportunities for growth and enlightenment.
Currently, Rahu is in Ardra nakshatra and will move to Mrigashira nakshatra on May 20th. Ardra is the nakshatra associated with the birth of Shiva. Rahu in Ardra creates the condition similar to when Shiva drank the poison from the churning of ocean in the beginning of creation and Rahu was sitting in the throat of Shiva known as Neelkanthasya kanhtha. Rahu’s transition from Ardra to Mrigashira nakshatra marks the beginning of the end of Corona virus. As Durga is the overlord of Rahu, any Durga mantra will help alleviate any suffering resulting from Corona virus.
A Nakshatra is a constellation (or lunar mansion) where moon spends one day in each constellation or mansion. There are 27 nakshatras, each with its own significance.
Ardra: means tear drop. It is a Tikshna or sharp constellation that Rahu is in right now. In this position, Rahu creates intense fear and confusion and can be mitigated by prayers to Durga.
Mrigashira: means head of a deer. It is a Mridu or tender constellation that Rahu is entering on May 20th.
